- I am the daughter of Phorcis and Ceto, two marine deities,I am one of the three gorgons. My sisters Esteno and Euryales, unlike me, had golden wings, copper claws and boar fangs.

- I decided to serve in the temple of the goddess Athena as a priest, but if I knew what would happen to me later I would not have done it.
- According to the myth Medusa was more beautiful than her sisters, she was so beautiful that she caught the attention of the gods,especially Poseidon.
