- Hi! I am Sophia I am taking a vacation. Why is it so dirty here?
- Hello! What are you doing here?
- My name is Abraham. I work in an organization that helps clean oceans.
- It is dirty because this place has been polluted with trash. This effects our environment in a poor way. Do you want me to explain?
- Hi Abraham! Why is it so dirty here?

- How can I help clean our ocean?
- That's terrible!
- We need clean oceans as many organisms make their home here. We also use ocean water to help benefit our bodies. Sea water can used for skin, immune systems, and more. If we contaminate the water, we won't be able to use it because it could be hard to remove any debris from it.
- All this pollution is causing harm to animals because the animals may mistaken trash for food.
- You can help by contacting a local organization that helps clean oceans. You could also simply pick up trash by hand but only if the trash isn't potentially dangerous to you or anyone.
- I think I want to contribute to cleaning our oceans! Seeing that turtle was so sad! May I join you?
