  • We noticed that the Rasha never asked a question he just "said" the question. His tone of voice was an attack and he wasn't looking for an answer. That is why we can't help him yet with a proper answer. He is not interested in hearing another perspective. This might be why in the answer of the Torah is different than the answer given in the Haggada (... check it out). While in the Haggada we strongly respond to the Rasha, in the Torah the answer is straightforward- we say " It is a Korban Pesach". As we mentioned the pasuk only writes"Say" not "Say to him" OR "Say to your son". The reason is because this is the answer given to anyone else at the Seder who wants to know the real answer. The Rasha himself doesn't want to hear an answer.
  • Nice thinking. That might just work...
  • Maybe, by being tough with the Rasha and letting him know that with his attitude he would never have been revealed will help him do Teshuva!
  • But I wonder if there is more...
  • A Parable:
  • You clumsy fool. You spilled the coffee! When did you become so clumsy??
  • oops! There goes my second coffee.
  • How interesting...
  • Well...Actually...It all started in 3rd grade when i was learning to tie my shoes. You see...there was this bully...and oh..actually...
  • I'm really not interested in an answer. I wasn't really asking a question. I was being my ususal sarcastic self.
