Very well, wild Enkidu, I see that we are evenly matched. It would be fatal to fight. Perhaps we can be friends?
That is a good idea, Enkidu. I can see that we will be the best of friends.
AAAAHH!!! It's the king!! RUN!!!

Victory is ours!! We shall boast of our hunts to all in my kingdom and beyond! People shall cower with fear at the name of Gilgamesh the Great and Enkidu the Ever-Untamed! Even the gods will respect us! We are unstoppable!!

My friend! My dear friend, Enkidu, has been struck down in a plague by the gods! I shall never, in this world, speak to him again!
I should have never tried to face the Bull of Heaven! How I regret my foolish, reckless actions now! I, once the conqueror, have now become conquered by the will of the gods!
But I am loath to leave him in that dark, miserable place he will be in now. Enkidu will not be left in the perilous underworld for long! For I will rescue my dear friend, and save him from this abyss! I shall set off at once to learn the ways of immortality and rescue him from the dead. I am coming, Enkidu!
