- Welcome to Maple Street
- What is that?!
- I don't know, but my car isn't working.
- Welcome to Maple Street
- Les! How come your car is working but mine isn't?
- The aliens are coming! They are doing all this! There is an alien doing all this!
- I don't know, it started by itself! Just now it wasn't working!
- The people of maple street are minding their business before their lives change drastically.
- It's an alien! I'm going to shoot the gun!
- Who is that in the distance?
- As they look up they see a flash of light pass by. Suddenly Les's car isn't working. Could this flash of light be a problem?
- It's Charlie! He's causing these things to happen. He even killed Pete Van Horn!
- I'm sorry! I didn't know it was someone we knew!
- It's Steve! He defended Charlie.
- Wait a minute! Why did the lights go on?
- As Tommy tells a story about the "aliens" who are doing this, the people of Maple Street accuse each other of the strange things that are happening.
- I take it there are many Maple Streets on this planet?
- We can go from place doing strange things, and the humans will destroy each other.
- Yes. All humans are the same. They will suspect and destroy. The own prejudices are what they should really be scared of.
- As the people of Maple Street accuse and hurt each other, Charlie sees a figure in the distance. He mistakes it for a alien, and ends up shooting Pete Van Horn.
- The people of Maple Street are throwing accusation around. The lights are turning on and off. The neighborhood is in utter chaos.
- Two figures appear, explaining this can happen in any human society not just Maple Street. As the people of Maple Street destroy each other, the "aliens" look down in amusement.
