- Rain was on a plum tree picking plums. She fell off by accident and broke her hip. Cap was nervous and scared so he took her to the hospital.
- Cap was taking her to the hospital so they can check her and do surgery. Cap was really worried about rain. Rain was everything to cap.
- On their way to the hospital the cop stopped them. The cop arrested cap for driving with no drivers license. The ambulance took rain to the hospital
- In this scene Cap took rain to the hospital and she has to get surgery. Being separated from a loved one is challenging .My terror total rain was everything to me my teacher, my family, my whole universe garland was my community the two of us I knelt down beside her “ Rain are you ok? Please be ok..
- Cap is going to live with Mrs. Donnelly and Sophie while rain recovers from her hip. Sophie doesn't like cap because she thinks he is weird. Cap struggles to making the change to live there.
- Cap gets Enrolled into C Average Middle School. Middle school is so much different than he has ever seen before. While walking alone in these halls, Cap reailzes how much he misses Rain and how badly he wants a friend. We learn that being separated from a loved one is challenging. I know this becauseI’d read about depression, but this was the first time i felt it I’d actually felt it. It was like a stone pressing down on my chest. I couldn’t lift it off because i didn’t have the strength.
