- My name is Robert Hooke. I inspected a slice of cork, under a compound microscope. I saw little chambers that reminded me of the rooms that monks slept in, called cells. This is why I made the term "cell."

- We both met up and started working on the cell theory. The cell theory is a fundamental scientific concept that explains the structure and function of living organisms.
- I am Theodore Schwann. I suggested that all animals are composed of cells. I have a nerve cell named after me, called the Schwann cell.

- Thats right! It contains three major rules. Rule one: All living organisms are composed of cells. Rule two: The cell is the basic unit of life. And rule three is-
