- Morning Siya, Did you see todays news concerning the increased price of petrol and food ?
- good morning Sipho, Yes I just read the news paper now, and that has been mentioned on the first page, This will really challenges us, we really need to do something about it
- we know pay more for food and car rentals, furniture, airline fares, hotels and everyday essentials like groceries and gas, we really have to come up with a plan
- ok colleagues, i see that everyone of us is not happy about the fact that our expenses are rising, so i will arrange the meeting with the management and ask for increase in salaries, probably they will understand because they know what we go trough
- everything is just becoming expensive and we do not have enough money to accommodate all our expenses.
- Siya i understand that its really not eaasy to leave under that pressure of not having enough money to cover your expenses, before i conclude on anything i first need to take this mater to my team then discuss on it, so i will come back to you afterwords

- Sipho meets Siya his colleague, he asked him about the flaying news that says the country is about to experience inflation, they both well aware of the challenges that comes with it, since they are low income earners.
- Mrs Leon one of my employees came to my office to complain about the Inflation that force them to cut out luxuries and tighten their belt to keep up with the rising cost-of-living, so they are asking for a rise, I come to you so we discus it
- Thank you mr Nkomo for considering me before making such decisions, I really thing the deserve 25% increase on their salaries because this is a very serious matter
- Siya`s colleagues they are really not happy about the problem that they are facing, because their salaries will not be able to cover all their expanses, and everyone is not happy about it, they decided to ask for an increase in their salaries
- Siya as I promised to you that I will discuss this mater with my team I did exactly that, and we understood your problems, you are then going to get 25% increase on your salaries

- siya scheduled a meeting with his Manager Mr Nkomo, he then explain everything to him, on how they are affected by the inflation and they asked for an increase in their salaries, Mr Nkosi is very sympathetic after e understood he took the matter to his team members, to come up with a decision
- we are so happy to hear that, at least our problems will be solved after all this
- as I promised to you that I will speak to the executive, I did meet mr Nkomo and they discuss our issue and we are all given 25% increase in our salary
- Mr Nkomo visited one of his management team Mrs Leon to discuss this matter, and Mrs Leon did not even hesitate she just agreed to give their employees a 25% increase.
- Mr Nkomo called Siya to his office about the feedback from his team
- Siya is coming with a good news to his colleagues, and everyone is happy about the 25% increase
