- Reception in the restaurant
- Hello, Madam, Sir. Welcome to the Domaine de la Trigalière
- I select a menu
- The couple arrived at the place for a romantic dinner, they did not know the Domaine de la Trigalière. They were attracted by their instagram account. They discover the property and head for the restaurant.
- I go down to the wine cellar
- The couple is very well received by one of the waiters of the restaurant. They find the atmosphere very pleasant and can't wait to see what happens next.
- The sommelier guides me in my choice of drinks
- The couple sits down at a nice table and is given the menu of the restaurant. They discover 3 menus at different prices. They decide to choose the mid-range menu.
- Time for tasting
- They are then directed to the restaurant's wine cellar. They are pleasantly surprised by the beauty and atmosphere of the place. They feel something intense. There are rows of wines and ciders classified by type.
- The sommelier asks them if they drink alcohol or not. Mr. does not drink alcohol, Mrs. does. They ask them a few questions to find out what kind of taste they like, and then he lets them taste several wines for the lady and several ciders for the gentleman. They choose three drinks to accompany their menu.
- The couple returned to the table and enjoyed their chosen three-course menu (starter, main course, dessert). The waiter served them a glass of whatever they had chosen to drink with each course. The couple loved it and will recommend this great customer experience to their friends and family.
