- A group of Arab pilgrims from Yathrib visited makkah and converted to Islam. They asked him to bring peace to them.
- 624-The Makkans try to capture the city

- Muhammad takes his followers to Yathrib, as Makkah was no longer safe for Muslims. He also needed to move to help bring peace.
- 628-632 The Final Sermon

- The Makkans felt threatened and fighting broke out. The Muslims successfully captured a caravan heading into the city.

- The Makkans tried to capture the city but failed.
