- Lennie and George are migrant workers and Lennie likes soft objects such as mice, dogs, and rabbits. In the beginning, Lennie and George got chased out of their old farm because Lennie strangled a woman and now they're looking for a new farm.
- Falling Action
- Lennie and George made it to there new farm and they get into a fight club late in the night where Lennie and Curley get into a fight. Lennie is scared so he keeps asking George to help him but he doesn't so George tells him to beat him up and he does and breaks Curley's hand
- Resolution
- Curley's wife walked into the barn and saw Lennie at the end of the barn and talked to him and Lennie told her to go away because she was trouble but she didn't listen then they started to talk. Then They started to talk then she realized something was different about Lennie and she let him pet her hair and she started to struggle because he was messing it up and she snapped her neck.
- Literary Device
- Lennie starts hallucinating about his aunt Clara and she tells him that all he does is bad things and he doesn't ever take no care. She also tells him that he's sick of him and he should just leave
- George calms Lennie down so he isn't freaking out so when he kills him he isn't scared. George kills Lennie and Slim see's that George killed him and takes him to the bar
- Its Ironic that Curley's Wife wanted to be a big name actor but we never hear her name be said. And now she lives on a barn where no one knows her name.
