  • The Profile Officer electronically signs the medical clearance. The Profile Officer copies the ASIMS printout to AHLTA using "add note" and then opens the 422 module in ASIMS.
  • The Profile Officer opens the 422 module in ASIMS. If the SM is cleared, the module is closed. If the SM is not cleared, it goes to the waiver process.
