Benefits:You can have a lower risk at disease. reduce depression, have a increase in life expectancy, become come confident, become stronger, have healthier bones and improve your sleep5 components to the ability of exercising:Flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and body fat compositionWhy each component matters:Each component includes a different way of exercising with a different amount of time. This helps you create a fitness plan. Each component also helps improve parts of your body or ways to move better.

  • SMART GOALS:Smart goals are a way to create a goal by making a way that you will achieve in a timely matter while also making ways to make that goal and having a date of when to achieve the goal by. A smart goal should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. SPECIFIC:Does your target have a specific area for improvement?Measurable:How are you measuring your success?Relevant:Is it realistic to achieve?Time-bound:When would you achieve it by?Example:I will drink a gallon of water every day for the next month. 
  • Body Fat ComposItion:Body Fat CompositionThis is the amount of fat you have in your body. You can be at risk for diabetes and high blood pressure with a high body fat.Flexibility:this helps for your range in joints and range in motion. flexibility helps increase movement to become easier.Muscular Endurance:this is the ability to use your muscles to exercise at a low weight for a long period of time(1-3 minutes). this can help assist weight management and improve sleep patterns.Muscular Strength:the ability to exercise at a high weight for a short period of time.(30-60 sec.) This can help decrease the risk of diseases related to obesity and can help improve balance. Cardiovascular Endurance:the ability to exercise for a long period of time. This usually involves low intensity exercises for up to 30 or more minutes. This can improve heart health problems and bone strength.
