- I want so many things that they are driving me kind of crazy … Mama—look at me.
- In this picture the entire family is shown. Mama, Ruth, Beneatha, Travis, and Walter. Beneatha is being sassy, and having an argument with Mama. Walter seems to be daydreaming about money, and Ruth is trying to be tranquil.
- Beneatha Caught Feels
- Before Mama's husband passed, they had a dream to live in a certain house. They had a vision of how to fix it up and grow a family in that house. Although, that dream never came to be true.
- You are going to have a child
- You are pregnant.
- The family is in a deep argument about what the money will be used for, and who it will be used for. Most of the family thinks the money should be all Mama's money. Walter wants to use the money to buy and manage his very own liquor store, while Mama want's to use some of the money for Beneatha's school money and tuition.
- How it all played out
- Walter... I'm pregnant.
- Asagai comes over to the Younger's home, and hangs out with Beneatha. H gives Beneatha a gift, and tells her of how she should express her culture more.
- Ruth discovers that she is pregnant, and is worried of what she is going to do. She is considering having an abortion since she doesn't have enough money for the baby.
- Ruth has to tll Walter, but is nervous as to ho she is going to approach. She doesn't know how Walter is going to act.
