- All right everybody before we go I wanted you guys to know we have a 10 question assignment tomorrow.
- Hey Tommy since we have an assignment tomorrow you wanna switch answers after we finish 5 questions?
- Sure Chucky!

- Alright everybody get your test out of your desk and start except for Chucky and Tommy. Chucky and Tommy go inside the hallway I will meet you guys shortly.
- The teacher said, "Guys the bus driver told me you guys were talking about cheating, so I'm going to have to call your parents. Tommy and Chucky responded with, "Were sorry we shouldn't have thought of cheating!"

Why or Why not?: Yes I do because cheating can be counted if your using someone else's answer too.Q2 Who is cheating in your scenario: The people cheating were Tommy and Chucky.Q3 How did they cheat? Explain: They cheated because they decided to copy each other's answers which is a form of cheating.Q4 How would you have handled this this situation if you were placed in this situation?: If I were in Tommy's position I would have said no when Chucky asked me and would have told the teacher.
