- Typical Day of Anne
- Anne has so many things going on in a day, Anner tends to put her own needs last. That includes sticking health reminders on the fridge to get back to when she is free
- Anne goes to the Doctor
- I think I've got worms
- BreastScreen Reminder
- Don't forget the boss is coming over for tea
- The school said I have to get my Sexual Health test! When is that happening mum
- When's my eye appointment. I cant see anything!
- Anne carries on her day at work
- Anne hears her girlfriends at work discussing having health screening, but Anne is too embarrassed to admit she doesn't know about all the tests she should be having.
- Anne tries to make an appointment
- I dont know what tests I should be having at what age??
- My Aunt Betty waited until it was too late, then Bang she got the big "C"
- Of course everyone knows you should be having regular screening tests
- Anne decides to Google Health topics
- Anne decides to go home and Google what tests she should be having and is left confused about what the Google search says about having tests, so decides she might put it off until her Doctor tells her to go.
- Anne takes her daughter for her check-up

- Anne wants to know if she should go and have a BreastScreen. Her Doctor says she is old enough but she's got more questions about what it costs, what to bring etc.
- Anne finally attends her appointment
- Sure Anne, you're getting older you could probably have a Mammogram. Just go home and ring the number
- Anne sits on the phone ringing the number to book her BreastScreen appointment and gives up. Makes a note in her diary to try again later.
- Past Healthcare Information
- This is ridiculous. I've got things to do
- Anne writes everything down in the diary, how did she get this so wrong!
- Waiting on results
- Sorry but Hanna's appointment was last week. It's on the App

- Anne cant remember the name of the medications she takes as the Pharmacist just fills the script. Anne feels frustrated that she didnt bring her diary that has the names of some of her medications
- Anne tries to provide accurate healthcare history but doesn't know the date of the Ultrasound or the name of the Pathology test results for the lesion they too the sample of. The healthcare member seems frustrated that she cant complete the clinical history properly... Anne is extremely embarrassed.
- Anne's test results still haven't come in the mail. Its been two weeks and she has found the whole experience very stressful and does not think she will participate in this healthcare initiative again.
- Anne is very anxious and worried.
