- Arthur, son ofthe last king Uther Pendragon, draws a sword from a stone. This act proves thathe is the rightful king of England. At sixteen, Arthur is crowned king andMerlin becomes one of his most valued advisors.

- Morgana reveals to Mordred that Arthur is her father and that he is the rightful heir to the throne of camelot. using his words and manipulations, he poisons mordred`s mind against his own father. Mordred full of resentment and ambition, begins to devise plans to destroy Arthur.

- Morder is able to prove that lancetot and Guinevere are having an affair,Arthur is hearbroken. Guinevere is condemned to burn at the stake, but is save by Lancetot.

- Mordred and Arthur end up in a vicious battle. Although Arthur manages to kill mordred and thwart morgana`s plan, Arthur is also mortally wounded and thus ends the fairy tale existence of camelot, Arthur and his knights of the round table
