- Hey, I'm DataBanter and i can make your birthday a memororable one if you can partner with me. Let me share Lola's story with.
- Oh really? My birthday? okay, tell me more i am all ears.
- This is Lola, a good citizen of Nigeria. She works with a firm in Lagos.
- She earns good monthly salary and pay her bills, stock the house with food.
- She receives monthly airtime credit as part of her company's benefits
- She has a couple of friends and loved ones who send her free airtime
- She is always making phone calls, streaming and downloading movies online.
- DataBabnter conducted an intensive social media campaign and awareness to collect data in order to identify and appraoch people like Lola.
- She is compassionate about helping the Internally Displaced Persons out of hunger
- Lola considered using online donation platform, but refrained from using it because of credit/debit card fraud. This alone always discourage her from supporting the IDPs.
