- Based on Jung's theory, I saw the bear and without thinking just stopped right in my tracks. Showing the unconscious memory of what to do in a situation from our ancestors.

- Based on Freud's Oedipus Complex theory as a kid I got jealous of my father because of how he was with my mother. As seen as I was jealous that she didn't say I looked good.

- Based on Roger's theory, I got a text saying my girlfriend saying she was breaking up with me which caused my mood to change from being a good person to not. Because I was influenced by the environment around me.

- In this example I have an older sister who got her license 3 years before me, but based on Adler's theories that birth order creates tension and strive for superiority and power, I say I am still better then her. Clearly when I am not however.
- How Adler Sees Me
- I just got my license and I'm already a better driver then you!
- In this example, I airballed a shot and based on the spotlight effect I overestimated other people noticing that I did. Hence the "crickets" on the side
- I can't believe I just airballed, everyone will think i suck.
