  • How Freud Would See Me
  • How Adler Would See Me
  • How Rogers Would See Me
  • May it please the court...
  • Freud would see how I handle my stress and anger and say I am using the coping mechanism called sublimation, channeling it into something socially acceptable. I get very angry and stressed about injustice and unfairness, so I try to channel this into activism and debate to try to create change in the world.
  • How Costa & McCrae Would See Me
  • Adler would view my personality as a result of being the youngest sibling. My brother is usually seen as the standard, especially academically. Instead of trying to be better than him, I developed different skills and traits, going down a different career path and looking at much different skills. I also showed that I am the creative one with a more colorful outfit.
  • How Eysenck Would See Me
  • Rogers would view me trying to grow and figure out my identity. I put myself in a court room because part of my identity is being passionate about law and debate. He would view me trying to figure out me as trying to figure out my self-concept and becoming my ideal self.
  • How Bandura Would See Me
  • Costa and McCrae would view me for my traits within the big 5. I show that I can be neurotic by struggling to handle my emotions but also that I am extroverted, collaborative, and agreeable as I surround myself with others. They would think that this is consistent throughout my life.
  • Eysenck would view me as either introverted or extroverted and either emotionally stable or unstable. Here I show myself extroverted because I am at a dance dancing with others and putting myself out there. I also would be unstable here but in a positive way because I can't contain my excitement.
  • Bandura would say that I show the spotlight effect effect. Here I am worrying about what others think of me, but everyone is doing their own thing. I get self concious but people do not actually notice the same things I do.
