- DARLENNE'S OLD HOUSE
- "OMG mom have you heard of the new makeup collection Morphe came out with?"
- "Yeah, it looks so beautiful but I wouldnt be able to buy it for you right now"
- DARLENNE'S BEDROOM
- "I lost my company and we are going to go through hard times"
- "We have to talk"
- "Yeah? Whats wrong?"
- SCHOOL
- I wonder if what my mom said the other day was true
- "I cant go today, My mom said she's going to pick me up afterschool and take me somewhere important"
- "Yes!! That sounds like so much fun!!"
- "Are you guys down to go to the park adterschool?"
- Me and my mother were both ouside on a sunny weekend having a nice chat. We live on the most expensive area in their town. I'm well known in school and everyone loves me. I try my hardest to not ruin my own reputation no matter what happens just to stay loved at school.
- DARLENNE'S NEW HOUSE
- "This is gonna be our new house!!"
- One morning I received the worst news I could ever imagine. My mother's well known company had to shut down due to financial support. Now all I could think about is if my mom was fooling around with me since she likes to fool around a lot. So I didnt know how to take this all in. I was bewildered.
- CLASSROOM
- "Wait are you joking??"
- "Dont listen to them, they are saying a lot of nonesense "
- The next day I got up, went to school and hung out with my friends. I couldnt help but think about what my mother said to me the other day. All I could think about was how I would lose my friends if I became deficient. I tried to foregt about it and move on.
- PARK
- "Thank you so much for being there for me when no one else would, You have helped me a lot throught these few days"
- After school my mom came and picked me up. The car ride was slient until my mom broke it down and talked about the situation. I tried to ignore it. But I realized that my mom was not taking the usual way she normally does to go home. When we arrived to our destination, we arrived to this unfamilar old torn house. We went inside and talked.
- "Wait.. what. My friends arent going to want to be my friends anymore"
- I didnt want to come to class as I expected people to laugh at me. I wasnt wrong. All of what I called my friends laughed at me excecpt Marco. He gave me the adivce to ignore them. Marco was so caring towards me while the others werent. This made me feel so much better. Days went by and I got still got bullied. However Marco stayed by my side this whole time.
- "HAHAHAH imagine being poor"
- "Of cousre, I'll always be here for you anytime."
- After the week ended Marco and I went to go get ice cream by the park. We sat down and I had thank himt om how he helped me not care what others might think of me. From now on I could be confident on my difficult finanicial going. I shouldnt be worried about pleasing people but me. I am now more than happy to speak about my problem and help other out as well.
- "Thank you so much again, Im always here for you too!"
