  • The Capulets and the Montagues are enemies. Romeo and Juliet opens with a fight between them breaking out.

  • The prince of Verona stops the fight for the sake of everyone and says that if it happens again they will be executed.

  • Romeo reads the list of people. Benvolio and him see that Rosaline is invited, so Benvolio convinces Romeo to go to find someone he will love more compared to her (Without caring about the fact that it's a Capulet party).
  • I'll go along no such sight to be shown,But to rejoice in splendor of mine own.
  • Tut, you saw her fair, none else being by,Herself poised with herself in either eye.But in that crystal scales let there be weighedYour lady's love against some other maid That I will show you shining at this feast,And she shall scant show well, that now seems best.
