- There's this cryptocurrency I've been looking into recently called NFTs.
- A NFT is a non-fungible token, it's basically a small picture of b anything but mainly monkeys wearing human clothing that can range from $1 to millions of dollars. The most expensive NFT sold for almost 7 million.
- You can buy and sell these pictures, and they often gain profit. You buy then using cryptocurrency, such as bitcoin, but they are considered their own currency.
- So I spend a ridiculous amount of money on a picture of a monkey. Then sell it for an even more ridiculous amount of money?
- Yeah, you actually explained it perfectly.Most famous people such as Snoop Dogg, Jimmy Fallon, Grimes, Tom Brady as many more.
- I might look into that, but spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on a monkey picture sounds crazy.
- What's even crazier is NFL players getting paid in Bitcoin and now it being down almost 78%.
