It also improves self esteem and relieves any stress bothering one.   • Eating Healthy:Eating Healthy has been scientifically studied and evaluated to help cope with stress and anxiety, only when one eats healthy nutritious foods which contain high vitamins and minerals. Eating healthy also helps with having a good sleep and managing emotions. Places to be assisted with eating healthy can be Light n'easy, Marley spoon, hello chef, youfoodz and Everyplate.
  • Therapy (Physiatrists and phycologists):Therapy can help explore your thoughts which can lead for one to cope with their emotional thoughts/expressions. Therapy simply makes you mentally stronger and understand yourself more. For children kids helpline, black dog foundation, and headspace can be useful.
