What's the Declaration of Independence?

It's the old paper that is the founding document of the USA.
Who could forget?
So whats the point of this so called "Declaration of Independence"?
Well remember when King George passed unfair laws?
Well its to stop that from happening here. Its to protect the rights of our people.
This document will help people, not only today, but the rest of life itself. It will bring something we want, freedom.
Today, July 4th, is the day we will sign the Declaration of Independence.
This important document helps us have our rights and freedoms. It is seen in present day America everyday.
