- What might that be?
- Let’s keep it, quite literally. I suggest that we buy a fake to replace it, I’m sure no one Will suspect anything, or when else will I ever get to own a luxury like this? Not that you could ever buy me something like this.
- After a few hours of relentless searching, monsieur Loisel managed to find the lost necklace, however, Madame loisel had other plans…
- What a relief! But let’s keep it for now..I have a suggestion.
- The couple go bankrupt and face the struggles of poverty daily.
- Years later….
- Darling, I’d hate to ask this of you but we have to sell your necklace, we can’t go on much longer..we are so bankrupt to the point we’ve sold everything…
- I guess I could give up this time beauty…
- Left without any more options, the couple decide to sell the necklace in hope of getting enough money to stay afloat, however, they find out that the necklace they kept all these years was fake.
