Okay! So, lesson 1 is all about the meaning of a Constitution
Well the only thing I remembered is that it is the base or core of implemented and existing law.It is often codifies meaning, it is systematically arranged.
Do you remember what a constitution is?
In addition to that, a constitution is the highest expression of all the laws. Meaning that it has the supreme power and no one is above it.
Seems like you knew some concepts and ideas regarding a constitution but how about its purposes?
Me! I know that! The first one is that it prescribes the framework of the system or the kind of government. Second, it creates the different department and specifies their respective function and duties. Third, it is the source of the sovereign powers of government through establishing the basic principles on which government is founded. Lastly, it promotes public welfare.
I thought you didn't catch up well? Or is it just me who didn't?
