- One day at school Pete is talking to a friend about his struggles in the gym. The friend mentions a website called HEALTHORYX that helps you to get a sustainable workout and a heathy lifestyle . He currently uses it and thinks its great.

- Pete's friend grabs his phone and starts explaining how HEALTHORYX works. He describes how members will post their upcoming workouts at gyms and you have the opportunity to contact them and join in. The WEBSITE has a full profile and rating system so you can view what the member is like before hand. His friend also says that there is the opportunity to use a trainer as well during the workout, and that the trainer will suggest exercises based on the type of bodypart you will be targeting. we can also join there gym where we will be provided with a workout plan along with a sustainable diet they mostly concentrate on a sustainable training program to create a healthy lifestyle
