- Scenario: Jack has received his hat with the fiducial marker and his necklace and is now in the networking room. Jack is not great with talking to new people and is stressing out in the corner of the room. He's not sure who to talk to and is fearful that if he does talk to someone the conversation will fail and become awkward.System Interaction: The webcam is monitoring the movement and orientation of the users via the fiducial markers
- Scenario: Jack turns to the lady to his right and realises his necklace does not vibrate at all. He understands that him and this lady do not have any common interests at all. He is relieved the necklace has told him this information as it would have avoided a very empty conversation. He makes the decision to look for somebody else to talk to.System Interaction: the webcam recognises Jack is orientated towards the lady and sends this data to the central application. The central application then tells the Spark device to not vibrate as they share no common interests.
- Scenario: Jack turns to the direction of another attendee with a black hat. A couple moments later Jack starts to feel a light vibration on his necklace. This indicates to him that they share 1 common interest. Jack is unsure whether to talk to this person but decides that he wants to have better chances of a successful conversation and decides to look for someone with more common interests.System Interaction: Webcam recognise Jack is facing the gentleman and tells the central application. The central application then identifies they have 1 common interest. The central application tells the Spark device to vibrate. 
- Scenario: Jack turns to his left and sees a lady with a blue hat on. He starts to feel a strong vibration on his necklace when he is facing the the lady. The necklace is telling Jack that they share multiple common interests. This gives Jack confidence that they will have a good chance of having a successful conversation as they have several common interests to talk about. Jack decides to approach the lady.System Interaction: Webcam recognises Jack is facing the lady and tells the central application. The application then identifies they share multiple common interest and tells the Spark device to vibrate strongly
- With the given information from the necklace Jack is able to confidently walk to the lady and start a conversation with her without having to worry about if they anything in common to talk about.
- ContextJack is a 23 year old university student who is in his final year and about to graduate. He is currently required to attend social networking events to find opportunities outside of university. He struggles with conversing with strangers as he is afraid the conversation will become awkward and thus lead to a unsuccessful conversation.
