- My name is Emily and during 5th-6th grade, I became best friends with AJ and Shannon during recess. We would always play our favorite games with some of our other friends, talk and hang around the playground. We would also still stay connected with each other by hanging out at some of our favorite places and call each other.

- But meanwhile during recess on some days, me and Shannon should go behind the playground to get away from AJ so we could have our private conversations. Shannon suddenly started talking bad about AJ which was weird because why would anybody even be talking bad about their friends? Shannon often said things about how AJ dresses and looks which made me feel concerned on why she even worried about this. Shannon also would use AJ's dead name often and wrong pronouns on purpose. Afterward, we would go back to AJ and just continue talking about other topics.
- Why does Shannon keep talking bad about AJ to me in private? Aren't we all besties, we are not suppose to talk bad about our friends. The better question is, should I even be friends with Shannon in the first place?
- Anyways I just don't like how AJ looks and dresses. Everything about the way she dresses is weird to me, even her looks. Also please don't tell her I said any of these things, keep it a secret, okay?

- Something I want to tell you guys is that I actually support controversial topics and people. Now don't get all mad at me, but we will still be friends right?
- No way.. what? She supports this stuff...? No that can't be..
- Outside of school, me, AJ and Shannon would go Google meets to call. On those google meets, Shannon would talk about very sensitive topics which makes me and AJ uncomfortable. Afterward, she would tell us she supports VERY controversial topics and people.
