- Waver-ly's mom would always tell people that she was her daughter. This really bothered Waver-ly.
- This is my dauther Waver-ly Jong
- Aiii-ya. So shame be with mother?
- So she decided to tell her mom about it.
- I wish you wouldn't do that, telling everybody I'm your daughter.
- Embarrass you be my daughter?
- Waver-ly thought it was obvious she was her mother's daughter so it wasn't necessary but her mother felt she was ashamed.
- It's not that. it's just so obvious. It's just so embarrassing.
- What you say?
- Waver-ly's mother did not understand what Waver-ly was trying to say and this made her very angry.
- That's not what I meant. That's not what I said.

- Waverly knew she shouldn't say anything but couldn't help it. When she told her mom, her mother got very angry and didn't say a word.
- Why do you have to use me to show off? If you want to show off, then why don't you learn to play chess?
- Aii-ya! Stupid girl!
- She decided to run away but when she let go of her mothers hand she ran into an old lady and all of her groceries fell to the floor.
- Aii-ya! Stupid girl!
