This story takes place with Julius and his good friend, Lucius. Today, we will be following them around Rome and take a look at a day in their lives.

Hello there Julius, I am fine, thank you. Now come on let's get to the village, we have a busy day ahead.

Julius and Lucius make their way to the busy city.
That's great Lucius. I, myself have brought some grains from the fields.
what a busy place as usual, lets start our day by trading for breakfast.
Yes, indeed. I am famished. I brought some olive oil to trade with.
Wonderful. Now let's go trade shall we.
They reached the community baths and took quick baths.
Nothing like a fresh bath to start off the morning.

Julius and Lucius had been living in Rome since the day they were born. They knew every part of the city of Ephesus. Their lives were filled with enjoyment as well as knowledge.
Time to fulfill tasks.

Julius and Lucius arrived at the city and brought goods to trade with. With those goods they were able to buy themselves some breakfast. After some breakfast they were ready to start their tasks for the day. Before they could get to work they decided to head to the baths.

After taking refreshing baths they were finally ready to start with their tasks and duties of the day.

Lucius and Julius weren't given too many difficult tasks by their families. Usually they were asked to take care of the animals in the fields near the villages ,and harvest grain and bring some home to trade.
These are perfect to trade.
This grain seems ready to harvest.
After a tiring morning in the fields, they decide to head over to the canal to get a quick drink of water before heading to Julius's father to learn some Latin. They were taught many things such as: Latin and Greek, farming, trading and as they came of age they would soon learn how to fight.

After a long tiring day Julius returns to his family and waves goodbye to Lucius. What a productive day it was. They can't wait for another day ,tomorrow. Julius has done a great job taking us around Rome and showing us how he spends his day , we might hear more from him some day but for now he must go to sleep.
