  • As we can see in this Scene people are using legal mobilization! This group are bringing their issues to the courts ! Such a important topic we covered this semester!

  • Let's write how to determine citizenship into the constitution so it's more permeant! Considering formally enslaved people need to be included in how to determine citizenship.
  • All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside (US Const. amen XIV) .
  • This scene takes us back a bit... We see how Congress decided to give us Birthright Citizenship!
