Ok so first, you need to to take a written test about all the rules of the road, then you must take a vision test to insure that you can see.

Also, you can't use any electronic devices, must always display the L sign on your car, and can only take one extra passenger. Finally, you cannot drive between 12am and 5 am
After you get your L though, you can only drive with a skilled supervisor.

To get your N, you must first drive one year with a supervisor with your L, then you must take a class 7 road test with an examiner.
