- Hello Michelle! My name is Sarah. It's nice to meet you.
- I majored in Accounting at Rutgers University and recently completed my MBA. My technical skills include financial management such as planning and budgeting. I also have effective communication and management skills which are necessary for this position.
- Okay. Let's get started. What makes you fit for the position of General Manager?
- Tell me about a time when you were in a tough managerial position and how you handled the situation.
- While I was working towards my master’s degree, I also worked as a Program Manager Intern at Google. I was in charge of managing a team through their tight schedule. I effectively assigned tasks, evaluated work, and motivated the team. Ultimately, everything was properly completed by the deadline.
- Teamwork is at the core of this company. In particular, the position of “General Manager” entails collaboration with other managers and employees because plans and goals must be effectively communicated.
- The quality of the work environment there was exceptional and teamwork and communication were heavily emphasized. Is that something I can expect here?
