- Slide: 1
- Since I saved your friend from dying I deserve a gift. Can you please give me your ring?
- I really can't do that because my wife gave it to me and I took an oath to never give it away or lose it.
- The lawyer (Portia in a dress) is convincing Bassanio to give the ring that was on Bassanio's finger. Bassanio originally says no but after the lawyer keeps on begging for the ring. Eventually, Bassanio gives in and lets the lawyer take the ring. Little did he know that Portia was testing him.

- Portia and Nerissa found out that there was a court hearing, so they snuck in as male lawyers. Portia ends up saving Antonio because she says that if Shylock takes even one drop of blood he will be killed for murder and theft.
- Slide: 3
- Since Shylock tried to kill Antonio, now he is the one getting punished. Shylock is being charged with attempted murder and Antonios picked some of his consequences. All of Shylock's charges are that he must give half of his wealth to Lorenzo when he dies, and the second one is that he must turn Christian immediately.
