- Saint Peter had been fasting for an entire day, and his hunger made him feel very weak as he wandered through the snowy forest.
- "I feel weak and faint after fasting for so long. I need some food to regain my strength."

- While traveling, Saint Peter came upon a woman baking cakes in her home and asked her for a small piece to eat.
- "I am hungry and tired. May I please have one of your cakes to eat?"
- "Yes, come inside. I will bake one for you."
- Slide: 3
- The woman decided her first cake was too large and began making a smaller one, but she still couldn't bring herself to share it.
- (thinking) "Why is she hesitating to give even a single cake?"
- "This cake looks much too big to give away. Let me make a smaller one instead."

- Despite making smaller and smaller cakes, her greed prevented her from giving even the thinnest one to Saint Peter.
- "No, even this tiny one feels too large! I’ll make another, even thinner."
- Enough now! I have been waiting for too long for you to give me just a piece of cake. You are just being selfish!

- Saint Peter’s patience ran out. He cursed the woman for her selfish behavior, deciding she no longer deserved the comforts of human life.
- "You are too selfish to live among humans. From now on, you will earn your food by toiling in the forest like a bird."
- "Oh no! Please have mercy!"

- Saint peter cursed her to change into a bird. She went through the chimney and found herself as a woodpecker.
- Every country schoolboy has seen her in the woods where she lives in the trees till this day, boring and boring for food. Moral:- Help the ones in need and Never be selfish or greedy.
