- The cash drawer is always coming up short, just a few dollars here and there. It has happened too many times for it to be just a mistake. I have seen Wael handling the register, but he is my friend. If I bring this up, I risk creating conflict with my team. Should I confront them directly or report it? I don't want to falsely accuse anyone, but I can't ignore the pattern. Theres something wrong, and I need to figure out the right course of action.

- "The cash shortages, they keep happening, and I'm getting nervous. I've been handling the paperwork and deposits, but I don't think anyone's caught on. Maybe it's the associates, though. They've been sloppy, but it's hard to ignore that these shortages are showing up just when l am handling the registers. Corporate's going to notice soon. I need to figure this out before I get caught, but if I blame them, maybe no one will suspect me."

- I have been noticing an extremely unethical issue of stealing, and all of the signs are leading to you Wael, so I am going to ask you is it you? and Silvana, do you know anything regarding this matter?
- No, it's not me. I am the manager; that is impossible! It's the associates.
