We are here today because Beth No Last Name has one charge of grand theft auto. We are presented with evidence of a security camera from the dealership along with a witness who saw Beth taking off in the vehicle.
The jury decides that there is enough evidence to indict and go to trial.
Your honor my client here is a first time offender and is very sorry for what she has done. We request that she does not go to jail but stay on house arrest for the next coming months and after to be free on parole with community service hours to complete.
