  • Scene 1 - Lila's Desk
  • I'm so sorry, Tony. I'll fix it right away and I will finish it all by tomorrow.
  • Lila. There are many mistakes in the proposal you're working on.
  • Scene 2 - A Random Room
  • Oh no! I keep making many mistakes. I can't keep holding everyone back.
  • .
  • Lila's been making a lot of mistakes and hasn't been herself lately. I wonder if everything is ok?
  • Lila. Can I speak to you in my office for a moment? I'd like to talk to you about something.
  • Scene 3 - Hallway
  • Sure, Mr. Sullivan. I hope everything's ok.
  • Lila has been off lately and it seems like she hasn't been at the top of her game. She keeps making mistakes and is not able to focus on her work at the company. Her colleague, Tony points out that she's been slipping up.
  • Scene 4 - Sullivan's Office
  • So. Lila. I've noticed your performance has been off these past few days. Is there something bothering you? If so, you can tell me anything.
  • Lila is worried that she has been causing trouble for her co-workers and her boss, Mr. Sullivan seems to notice that something is bothering Lila.
  • Scene 5 - Sullivan's Office
  • I've been trying to keep my personal problems aside at work but I can't get it out of my head. And it's been meddling with my work.
  • Mr. Sullivan calls Lila over and told her to meet him at this office to talk to her about her worries. Lila is concerned that she might have done something wrong to upset her boss.
  • Scene 6 - Lila's Desk
  • Mr. Sullivan. Yes. My mom's doing a whole lot better now and I'd like to thank you for listening to my problems.
  • Mr. Sullivan asked Lila if there is anything is bothering her and that she should not hesitate to tell him if something's wrong. It turns out that Lila's mother is sick in hospital and Lila's been very worried about her.
  • Mr. Sullivan. I have a lot going on at home right now. My mom's in hospital and she's terribly sick. There's no one to take care of her.
  • Lila tries to keep her personal life and professional life apart but it is messing up her performance and she feels responsible for all her problems. Sullivan listens to her worries and reassures Lila that everything is going to be just fine.
  • I see. That's what you've been going through. I'm so sorry. Don't worry too much. I'm sure everything will be just fine.
  • Hey, Lila. How's your mom doing? I hope she's feeling better.
  • A few days later, Sullivan visits Lila again and asks her how her mom's doing. Lila replies that she is doing better and that she is very grateful someone's there to listen to her problems.
