- AAA I HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE!!
- In 1347, a trade ship reaches a port.
- Almost everybody aboard there, however, were either dead or severely ill. The plague has arrived at Europe.
- HELP US!
- AHHGG! THE BLACK DEATH
- The Bubonic plague was a severe epidemic, known to be spread by fleas carried by rats. Almost 1/3 of the entire population at the time died because of this disease.
- ..goodbye sweet home
- This difference in the economy ended the medieval order and brought the renaissance and the modern age. The black Death also centralized states and the breakdown of feudalism which was the main feature in Medieval Europe.
- The downside of workers traveling to look for work is the plague spread throughout western Europe during the 1300s and 1400s causing great damage. The benefits that the Black Death brought were it helped Europe's society and economy transform as well as giving peasants more power.
- As employees died, the surviving workers demanded higher wages and when denied they converted into raising sheep due to the lack of labor while some of the workers were forced to leave their land and look for work.
