Storyboard Text
- For as long as I could remember, I have always loved aviation.
- My grandfather and I would spend hours watching different kinds of planes and boats.
- My grandfather and I would also go to airshows and have the best times.
- Whenever I walked on to a plane, my head would immediately turn into the cockpit
- I sure can't wait to get in here and fly this thing!
- The only issue was, was that I had no idea what I was getting myself into
- I soon began to study about aviation and everything that goes along with it
- It was finally my turn to get behind the controls
- It was an absolutely incredible experience, its just like learning to drive.
- And at a certain point, my instructor who guided and supported me all the way, decided it was time for me to do it on my own.
- Flying alone for the first time was one of the greatest experience of my life and I know I'll never forget that feeling.
- Things stated to get challenging from that point on, lots of studying a depleting summer made it harder and harder
- New England has fierce weather which only delayed most of my flying and made it difficult to love the thing I've always loved
- However, things have been looking up since I have been able to check off requirements such as night flight which is just stunning
- Thankfully, the more I understand, the more I end up loving aviation. Nobody said it would be easy but the challenge is what makes it fun
- I am unbelievably excited to see where this path takes me and how I can make the most of it!
