Bryan went out on the football field to catch a ball to impress his crush. What he did not realize was there was a big player sprinting toward him on the other team. He got tackled and smacked his head on the ground. 
My m m m my he he head hu hur hurts!I can't stand up straight I need to sit down!
Bryan got smacked down and hit his head. He opened his eyes and could barely see anything. Everything was blurry for him. There was blood dripping from his head.
So why are we here today!
I am dizzy, my head hurts, i feel sick, I ca ca can barely talk!
Alright I think I know what happened to your head! You got a concussion during football and your brain got injured.
Two days later Bryan decided to go to the doctor because he started throwing up and he could not stop. He felt so sick he could barely stand up. 
What happened!
Bryan is now getting transported to the hospital. His head hurt really bad and he was starting to have trouble speaking. He kept getting really dizzy and he had to sit down.
Bryan is telling the doctor what happened and how he feels.
The doctor tells Bryan what happened to his head and he tells him what he has!
