- PLACE
- INTERCONNECTIONS
- Space is where places are located and how features are spread out across the Earths surface. It is where different countries and places in the world are. It is also how features on the Earths surface are spread out.
- CHANGE
- Place is identified as a person or people who live there. A good example of 'place' is your home. What makes is 'special' what makes is a part of the community who are the people that are close to you or your home.
- ENVIRONMENT
- Interconnections is how things are connected with each other and the consequences of this. For example; how a surfer or a skier uses a wave or a slope to get from the sea to the beach or from the top of a hill to the bottom.
- SUSTAINABILITY / SCALE
- Change is how a situation has changed over time or where things have moved from and to. We can see change and we can describe it.
- Environment is a biological and physical structure that supports our lives with resources and different species. Many of us have different life styles like some may love sports, arts, building and many others. And every human being has a different way of living and are born with different cultures.
- Sustainability is how we can keep what we have now to use in the future generations so our resources are still available. Scale is the level at which we look at issues. For example if it will effect just one area of people or for people all over the world.
