- Here by say, we are here in this court to settle the arguments about brown people being able to segregate in white schools for ones in for all.
- Your honor I just want to say that all students should have a chance to get a good education regardless of race.
- Your honor I think the way we have the education right now is good it does not have to change. We have been here before and people said that schools would be "equal" regardless of race.
- Slide: 2
- To be clear the case that has been made before did not really change anything. Yes the case did segregate equality but as of now nothing has really changed.
- Here by say, I have decided that brown vs. board of education has won the case. As of starting right now students have the right to enroll in white school and attend as well as getting the exact same education as white people.

- After the case Brown vs. Board of Education students are now able to learn in a good environment and finally be treated with equality and not as separate people/students. Thanks to the new law everything started to move smoothly for African American people, and better changes where happening to them and all people as well.
