The day I lost 100 dollars

- For christmas my mom gave me 100 bucks, it was Friday so my dad was going to pick me up this afternoon.
- I have it in my pocket.
- It was the next day and my dad and I was getting ready to go outside because I wanted to go to gamestop to buy a steam gift card for my personal computer.
- Dont forget to bring your money, and make sure you dont lose it.
- Hi, do you have some steam gift cards?
- Once we arrived at gamestop, they said that they ran out of stock of steam gift cards.
- Aw sorry we ran out of stock but I think Target might have some.
- Yeah.
- So we drove to Target hoping they would have it there.
- I hope they have the gift card there.
- They sadly did not have one so we went home, but this is when I did not realize the my 100 dollar bill fell out of my pocket.
- Its ok next time we will go back to gamestop.
- Once I got home I realized that I do not have my 100 dollars inside my jacket pocket and regreted that I did not put it in my jean pocket where it does not easily fall off from. I learned my lesson to put something important in a safe place where it could not easily get lost and not just think it is secured and will stay there the whole time.
- Wait, where is the money? I swear I put it in here!
- I hope it just fell under the car seat.
