- I am Jahnvi. November 17, 1999. I am here because I have been experiencing stomach ache and rashes on my body
- okay, don't worry I will be here to help you recover better and faster , may i know since how many days have you been suffering with stomach ache and rashes , and is there any other symptoms you are witnessing
- I have been suffering with stomach ache since past 2 days and rashes have appeared yesterday , at times i also feel nauseous.
- The nurse took the charge of vital signs and through lab tests Jahnvi was diagnosed with food poisoning
- Ms jahnvi , Are you comfortable in your current position? Just take a rest and call me if you experience any pain or if you need me by pressing the button. Also, you are diagnosed with food poisoning, so you must in take a lot of fluid and take rest .

- The nurse check the medication that will be given to the patient that was indicated by the physician and explain the condition of the patient to the patient with her family. Also, the nurse advice the patient to the things that she should not do and the food she must eat Healthy , maintain hygiene and eat at hygienic places. The nurse also administer oxygen as indicated by the doctor
- Remember to not forget to take the medication, have home cooked food, maintain personal hygiene , brush twice a day avoid outside food for a few days , under unavoidable circumstances please make sure the place you eat is hygienic also wash hands regularly and keep a sanitizer with you always .In order to have a happy and healthy living hygiene plays an important role , by maintaining hygiene and cleanliness a lot of diseases can be prevented
