- After her terrible journey back from the games, Katniss constantly gets nightmares. The only way she stops the night terrors is to sleep with Peeta, however with what has happened Peeta can't sleep either.
- Quarter Quell
- Katniss and Gale every Sunday go to the woods and hunt. They haven't been together in such a long time that both of them start feeling something for one another. They kiss but do not realize they have been kept and eye on by President Snow.
- Which dress
- President Snow confronts Katniss about her going to the woods and kissing Peeta. There is only one way to keep her family, Peeta, and Gale safe and that's making President Snow believe Peeta and Katniss are in a relationship. They do this by getting into marriage.
- Healing Water
- President Snow has announced the Quarter Quell. This year the victors have to go back into the games this is very surprising among most. The victors are very scared for who will be in the arena.
- Cinna makes a line of wedding dresses that are "designed" by Scout. They have to pick a wedding dress for Scout's wedding day.
- They get out of the fog and they are terribly injured from the fog. Then as they step into the water and become in better health. This is an important part so that they could use the water to help again.
