- No, I have too much homework and I have not done some of my solo runs. I'm really sorry
- Samson has been busy and not been following his program set by Sarah and has missed his solo runs. His performance is beginning to show this

- “It’s ok Samson. I understand you have a life outside of running and I respect that.” Lets change your program so you can fit it all in.

- Oh!, my knee is really hurting
- Communication is the key in any relationship.Samson has a sore knee, but doesn’t want to let Sarah down, so is unsure whether to tell her, so he starts training anyway.Sarah has noticed that Samson is not running his normal times and asks if everything is ok
