- Jack Sparrow is not 100% good or bad, he relies on his instincts which lead him both ways.
- Jack Sparrow has a rebellious personality, he rejects all boundaries of public rules, making him a trickster who will do whatever it takes to get what he wants.

- Jack Sparrow makes his own rules by doing whatever he wants but always finding a way to get out of the consequences that come after them.
- Jack Sparrow was very self-centered in the movies, meaning he only cared about himself and about the things he wanted.
- Jack Sparrow had an unresolved resolution because we do not know what happened to him after the last movie that has been made.
- At the end of the movie "Curse Of The Black Pearl" Jack Sparrow gets arrested for piracy and had to see people get hanged. Yet he managed to get away and not be killed.

- Captain Jack Sparrow was a pirate with a backstory of being a ship commander who was told to deliver "cargo", meaning 100 slaves. He set all of them free therefore making him get a pirate tattoo. His boat then got burned, making him get a new one to go around the seven seas on. Sparrow did not seem to be able to find "his" spot on the seven seas but was able to do a bit of things which got him into some trouble.Jack Sparrow's first way of getting in trouble was releasing the slaves, getting him thrown into prison (for the first time). Jack sparrow also got his reputation of being a "lady's man" from being with lots of women, in which he found his love and went to extreme extents to do things for her. While doing one of these extents he ended up being stranded on an island with only a 1 shot pistol. Most would think that it was not worth being out there and do what they could with the gun, but Captain Jack Sparrow used it to escape.
